Professional formation paths and building of networks to the social and working minors, adults migrants and Italian people' s inclusion in a social distress condition  

The project helps to reduce the marginalization risk for the guys, both Italian and foreigners who are going to be eighteen and who have not completed the compulsory schooling, because of a distress caused by their social and economic condition or because of their MSNA condition, they have not professional formation opportunities and so they risk an additional marginalization or the engagement in phenomena of criminal exploitation.

Therefore, the field in which this venture wants to focus is the unemployment and the young marginalization risk.

The project's aims are : 

1. Professional formation and the beginning to Italian and foreigner young people in Catania and Ragusa provinces who have troubles about the job insertion 

2. The hospitality operators' skills growth to support the working integration of young people in troubles 

3. Total skills growth of Catania and Ragusa territories, and more in general of the national territory, to support the social and working integration processes of young people in troubles.
